Following the latest Government guidance I am pleased to say that from Monday 12th April 2021 I can start offering treatments. Appointments are available on my online booking system, if you are unable to find a suitable time please contact me and I will try to accommodate you.

 

You’ll find all the details below about how I’ll be operating in line with this guidance and what to expect during your appointment.

 

During the Appointment

 

I operate from a purpose-built treatment room located in a separate building to my home, this is accessed by a secure gate, providing you with peace of mind and privacy during your appointment.

 

It is important that you arrive on time for your appointment as there is no waiting room. Please wear a mask and use the antibacterial hand gel upon both arriving and leaving the premises.

 

I space out my appointments to allow for proper cleaning between clients. This will mean that, other than myself, you will not meet anyone else. Obviously during the treatment social distancing will not be possible, but I will use all the necessary PPE. I operate safely, following all the government guidelines.

 

You will need to wear a face covering to your appointment. You can remove this when lying face down on the massage couch. However, it must remain in place at all other times, including the initial consultation, while face up on the treatment couch, and after your therapy until you have exited the premises.

 

Unfortunately I won’t be able to give you any literature to take away and I also won’t be able to offer you any refreshments. Please could I ask you to bring your own bottle of water with you.

 

Staying Safe

 

If you have tested positive for Covid-19 or have been in contact with anyone who has, please do not attend your appointment. If you have a fever, continuous cough, or loss of or change in your sense of taste or smell, please do not attend.

If you have any other cold or flu-like symptoms, even if they are mild, please also contact me to cancel your appointment.

 

I take the safety of my clients very seriously, and if I have developed any symptoms or have been asked to self-isolate, I will ask to rearrange your appointment. Please note this may be short notice, but I will endeavour to give you as much notice as I can.
