Mark Bailey providing gentle hands-on neck massage therapy to a client

Treatment tailored to you

Everyone is different. I take time to understand what's been bothering you, how it's affecting your movement and what you'd like to achieve.

I work with people experiencing a wide range of muscular aches, tension and movement-related concerns, including those managing long-term conditions such as fibromyalgia and arthritis, where massage is appropriate.

You don't need to know which type of massage you need before booking. We'll discuss your concerns and decide on an approach that suits you.

Where appropriate, I can also suggest simple exercises, stretches and self-management strategies to support you between appointments.
